We appreciate your patience as each of our items are handcrafted with care, at our studio in Mansfield, TX.
Shipping time varies on some items. Please check the shipping information in the product's description
(in-stock items ship within 1-2 business days,
made to order items ship within 2-4 weeks).
We ship via USPS.
Rush orders: We are able to do rush orders depending on in-stock fabric availability. Please contact us with your request and we'll let you know an estimated turnaround time.
Rush order might incur in extra fees; see provided
quote for final cost breakdown.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: we currently only serve the continental US only through this site. For orders that require international shipping, please order through our ETSY store.
Tracking Your Order
When your item ships, we provide you with the tracking information via e-mail. We monitor the transit as well and get notified of whenever you receive your item.
If for some reason you did not receive an email notification and want to check the status of your order, please send us a message - we'll get back to you within 24 hours.

Our refund policy is within 14 calendar days from the
date you received your purchase.
Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund
or exchange after this period.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (clothing items unwashed).
Several types of goods are exempt from
being returned (i.e. digital downloads, clearance items).
To complete your return, we require the receipt/order number confirmation or proof of purchase. Please fill out our contact form with this information and we'll work with you on issuing a refund or exchange (excluding shipping costs).
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your PayPal, credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (depending on processing times from your credit vendor).
Exchanges (if applicable)
Our exchange policy is within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item. We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or if exchanging for a different size. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please fill out our contact form with your order information and full description of issue or requested size for exchange.
We'll work with you closely to replace/exchange your item (if item was defective, we'll cover the cost of shipping for the item exchange).
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless item was defective). If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping items over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If the item is damaged/defective, please take pictures if possible and send them to us via email along with a full description of the condition of the item.
Your satisfaction in our products matters to us and we'll do our very best to make it right and get your order back on track.
NOTE: We do not replace or exchange items damaged during shipping or if the damage occured by disregarding care instructions for the item.
